Rapido Talent is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman for our Southeast Wisconsin client. You will lead a crew delivering high-quality exterior concrete work, including flatwork, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and paving projects.

You know concrete, you know how to lead a crew, and you take ownership in the field. The right candidate has 10+ years of exterior concrete experience and a proven track record of crew leadership on busy sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years concrete experience with exterior flatwork and finishing.
• Proven ability to lead a concrete crew on job sites.
• Strong understanding of grades, layout, quality, and site execution.

Concrete Foreman | Southeast Wisconsin

$45–$55/hour, based on experience

You know concrete. You know how to lead a crew. Now we're looking for someone who can help us build what's next.

An established and growing Southeast Wisconsin paving and concrete contractor is looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to become a key leader within its concrete operation.

This isn't a position for someone who has simply been around concrete.

We're looking for someone who knows finished exterior concrete, takes pride in the work, and can take ownership in the field.

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of concrete experience preferred
• Exterior flatwork
• Parking lots
• Curb & gutter
• Sidewalks
• Concrete paving
• Direct finishing experience
• Proven crew leadership
• Strong understanding of grades, layout, quality, and jobsite execution

If most of your experience has been interstate/barrier work, footings and walls, or large interior floor pours, this probably isn't the right fit.
