Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc in Mayfield, KY is seeking a Working Concrete Foreman to lead a crew of finishers, carpenters and laborers on diverse projects. You will oversee layout, forms, reinforcement, and the finishing of concrete, ensuring quality and safety on site.

This role requires 5+ years of construction experience and the ability to work as a team leader. Associates or bachelor’s degree are a plus, and a valid driver’s license (CDL A a plus) helps with job logistics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applicable construction experience.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree a plus
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as a member and or team leader
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel, balance, stoop
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions & seasonal temperatures
• Ability to work long hours determined by scope of work
• Ability to lift minimum weight of 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, class A CDL a plus
