Job summary

Idc Automatic in Minnesota is seeking a supervisory professional to lead concrete trades and ensure compliance with safety and project specifications. You will manage crews, coordinate field activities, and interact with customers to troubleshoot issues.

The role requires 1–2 years in concrete supervision or related work, strong communication, and ability to read blueprints and safety rules. Outdoor work with varied conditions and occasional long hours are expected.

Qualifications

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• A minimum of 1-2 years concrete trade and/or supervisory experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• Computer skill proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
• Ability to obtain a DOT driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills required. Ability to compose concise and clear correspondence.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to guide others and provide basic direction and speak effectively.Ability to read and interpret documents, including but not limited to safety regulations, blueprints, policy and procedure manuals.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations, involving fractions, decimals, and percentages.

Physical Demands

The employee is regularly required to sit, stand and walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and lift and/or move 100 pounds or more with assistance. Work Environment

Work is done outdoors, so must dress for conditions. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. The employee must have the ability to work outdoors in cold and hot weather.
