Qualifications

• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Reliable team player with consistent attendance.
• Ability to travel to local job sites up to 40% of hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute forming, grading, and preparing smooth flatwork layouts.
• Collaborate with crew to place, finish, and cure concrete surfaces.
• Maintain high standards for residential and commercial elements.
• Complete on-the-job training to master masonry techniques and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and wear protective equipment.
• Pack, organize, and transport tools to support daily site needs.
