Job summary

LaRiviere Inc in Idaho seeks experienced concrete finishers and general laborers to form and finish curb, sidewalk, and slabs. Some bridge and structural work is possible. Pay depends on experience and work history.

Most jobs are local to the Boise/Caldwell Idaho region, with some regional travel required depending on projects.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and access ground level surfaces.

• Minimum outdoor work capability in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of materials used in concrete projects.
• Ability to move heavy materials and tools safely.
• Familiarity with PPE and construction safety standards.
• Proficiency with common concrete tools (trowels, screeds, floats, mixers, saws).
• Understanding of concrete curing and environmental impact on cure.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/specifications.
• Basic arithmetic for measurements.
• Commitment to a clean, safe job site.

Responsibilities

• Forming and finishing curb, sidewalk, and slabs.
• Performing some bridge and structural work as needed.
• Local Boise/Caldwell Idaho region with potential regional travel.

Looking for experienced concrete finishers and general laborers. Duties will be forming and finishing curb, sidewalk, and slabs. Some bridge and structural work as well. Pay is depending on experience and work history.

Most jobs are local in the Boise/Caldwell Idaho region. Some regional travel may be required dependent on projects.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and the ability to access ground level surfaces
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Knowledge of materials commonly used in concrete projects
• Ability to move heavy materials and tools from one location to another
• Familiarity with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and construction safety standards
• Ability to use common tools, such as trowels, screeds, floats, mixers and saws
• Understanding of how concrete cures and how environmental conditions may impact the process
• Analytical skills to interpret blueprints and construction specifications
• Basic arithmetic skills to perform measurements
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
