Job summary

Costabile Construction is seeking a Concrete Finisher to form, pour, and finish concrete with experience in masonry or block preferred. Proficiency with carpentry concepts and hand/power tools is desired.

Reading blueprints and specifications is a plus, as is precise measurement and sizing for cuts. The role focuses on finishing surfaces for sidewalks, curbs, floors, and related structures, requiring accurate form alignment, void patching, and expansion joint cutting with saws.

Qualifications

• Must have ability to form, pour, and finish concrete.
• Masonry/block experience a plus.
• Knowledge of carpentry and operating equipment/hand/power tools.
• Ability to read prints, plans and specs a plus.
• Ability to calculate and measure accurately.
• Accuracy in cutting materials to size.

Responsibilities

• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools.
• Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters; patch voids; cut expansion joints with saws.
