ASRC Industrial Services (AIS) is seeking a Form Carpenter to build and install concrete formwork for heavy civil and industrial projects. You will read drawings, measure and assemble wood, plywood, steel, and aluminum forms, and verify elevations and alignment for precise pours.
Work outdoors on construction sites, collaborating with foremen, operators, and crews to maintain safety and quality. A 3–5 year background in concrete formwork is required, with strong attention to detail.

The Form Carpenter is responsible for constructing, installing, aligning, bracing, and dismantling wood, plywood, steel, and aluminum concrete forms for heavy civil and industrial construction projects. This position plays a critical role in ensuring concrete structures are built accurately according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.
