Job summary

TradeWorX is hiring experienced Concrete Finishers to support major commercial projects in the Pittsburgh area. This hands-on role involves finishing concrete, working in teams, and maintaining high-quality standards on active sites.

You will place, pour, and smooth concrete, use screeds and trowels, and assist with layout and forming. Overtime opportunities are available, with benefits including health coverage and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial concrete finishing or forming experience.
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and project plans.
• Strong work ethic with safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Place, pour, smooth, and finish concrete to specified grades and tolerances.
• Use screeds, floats, trowels, and edging tools to achieve proper finish and surface quality.
• Assist with layout, forming, wire mesh placement, and tying rebar as required.
• Monitor curing process and apply finishing treatments, sealants, or textures as needed.
• Cut, polish, and surface concrete using hand and power tools.
