Qualifications

• Proven experience in concrete finishing within commercial or residential construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics for forms and layouts.
• Experience with finishing techniques like broom, stamping, or polishing.

Responsibilities

• Level and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Operate mixers, pumps, grinders, and screeds to achieve desired finishes.
• Install rebar and coordinate with steel crews per schematics.
• Read blueprints to interpret project specs for forms and layouts.
• Apply broom finishes, stamping, or polishing for durability and aesthetics.
• Assist with form setting, framing, and metal stud installation as needed.
• Perform repairs or restoration on existing concrete surfaces.
• Operate heavy equipment (cranes or forklifts) to move materials safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and dispose of waste properly.
