Responsibilities

• Finish and smooth freshly placed concrete using hand and power tools.
• Set and maintain proper grades, elevations, slopes, and surfaces.
• Perform edging, jointing, floating, troweling, and other finishing techniques.
• Operate concrete finishing equipment, including power trowels.
• Read and interpret drawings, elevations, and specifications.
• Assist with concrete placement, forming, and related activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work closely with foremen, laborers, and other crew members to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Job Description: Concrete Finisher Northland Concrete & Masonry (NCM) is a leading commercial concrete and masonry contractor specializing in complex commercial, industrial, institutional, and large-scale construction projects throughout the region. We are currently seeking experienced Finishers to join our team. What You’ll Do

• Finish and smooth freshly placed concrete using hand and power tools
• Set and maintain proper grades, elevations, slopes, and surfaces
• Perform edging, jointing, floating, troweling, and other finishing techniques
• Operate concrete finishing equipment, including power trowels
