Job summary

Cru Concrete is hiring a finisher for our Dane location. You will work outdoors year-round, returning to your own bed each night, and help us deliver high-quality concrete finishing on diverse projects.

As a finisher, you will follow safety policies, load trucks properly, keep sites organized, and complete hard trowel finishes on garages up to 600 sq ft and basements up to 1000 sq ft, with exterior edging as needed.

Qualifications

• Great work ethic, punctual and dependable.
• Ability to work outside in all conditions.
• Willing and able to drive to jobsites within 50 miles.
• At least 6 months of prior hard trowel finishing experience.
• Must have Wisconsin driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and load job trucks correctly.
• Maintain site organization and cleanup.
• Perform hard trowel finishing on garages up to 600 sq ft.
• Finish basements up to 1000 sq ft with hard trowel technique.
• Finish exterior edging and front stoops as needed.
• Complete concrete jobs meeting productivity, quality, and safety targets.

As a finisher at our Dane location, you will:

• Be aware of and follow all safety policies
• Ensure work truck(s) are loaded correctly
• Maintain site organization and clean-up
• Complete hard trowel finishing on garages up to 600 sq ft
• Complete hard trowel finishing on basements up to 1000 sq ft
• Complete exterior edging and hard trowel finishing on front stoops as needed
• Be responsible for the completion of concrete jobs assigned in a way that meets company productivity, quality, and safety targets

Requirements

• Willing and able to drive own vehicle to jobsites within a 50 mile radius of our Dane shop
• At least 6 months of prior experience in hard trowel concrete finishing
• Ability to work outside in all conditions
• Ability to lift and carry 100 pounds repeatedly
