Job summary

Knife River Belgrade is seeking a self‑-motivated Concrete Finisher & Laborer to contribute to our construction teams in Belgrade, MT. The role requires hands-on concrete setup and finishing, with the ability to handle sidewalks, ramps, and large flatwork, while working extended hours as needed.

We offer a full benefits package after 90 days including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and Holiday Pay. A drug‑free environment with pre‑employment and random testing is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in concrete setup and finish.
• Strong skills in pedestrian ramps, sidewalk work, and large flatwork.
• Ability to kneel, climb, walk, twist, and lift 20–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and finish concrete surfaces as required.
• Assist crew with labor tasks and site prep.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and follow project schedules.
