Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of apprenticeship program, or related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; ability to write simple correspondence.
• Knowledge of and adherence to safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Smoothes, finishes surfaces of poured concrete to textures per specs using hand/power tools.
• Uses floats, trowels, screeds, power grinders, chisels, hammers.
• Reads sketches/blueprints to determine dimensions and requirements.
• May climb scaffolding/ladders and work at heights up to 100 feet; use fall protection as needed.
