Hasbunconstruction is seeking a dependable General Laborer with concrete finishing experience to support construction projects. This role suits hands‑on workers who take pride in quality craftsmanship and teamwork.

You will assist with site prep, material handling, and cleanup while supporting concrete operations and basic finishing tasks. The position values reliability, safety, and collaboration with foremen and crew members.

Qualifications

• Prior construction experience is required.
• Concrete finishing experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices is expected.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance are valued.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of construction including site prep, material handling, and cleanup.
• Support concrete operations including pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing.
• Perform basic concrete finishing tasks such as screeding, edging, floating, and troweling.
• Set and strip concrete forms as directed.
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with foremen, equipment operators, and other crew members.
