You will finish surfaces, set forms, ensure proper curing, and work with a crew on projects ranging from sidewalks to slabs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of concrete finishing experience.
• Experience with sidewalks, driveways, curbs, slabs, and commercial paving is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
• Screed, float, trowel, and edge concrete to specifications.
• Set forms and assist with concrete placement.
• Ensure proper curing and finishing techniques.
• Read and follow project plans and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work efficiently as part of a crew.
