Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing techniques, including smoothing, leveling, and sealing concrete surfaces to achieve a flawless finish. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and collaborate with a talented team of professionals in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform concrete finishing tasks, including smoothing, leveling, and shaping concrete surfaces using hand tools and power equipment.
2. Apply finishing techniques to achieve desired textures and appearances, such as brushed, exposed aggregate, or stamped concrete.
3. Patch and repair damaged or deteriorated concrete surfaces as needed.
4. Operate power trowels, screeds, edgers, and other concrete finishing equipment safely and effectively.
5. Work closely with the project team to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications and timelines.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Concrete Finisher in the construction industry.
2. Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, tools, and equipment.
3. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
4. Demonstrated proficiency in finishing various types of concrete surfaces, including flatwork, sidewalks, driveways, and patios.
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
6. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
