Job summary

NCW North Dakota is seeking a Finisher for a 6-month contract-to-hire project with pay of $30-$34/hour plus $100/day per diem. Schedule is 50–60 hours per week. The role involves finish work on commercial/industrial sites and slab prep.

You will perform concrete placement, finishing support, and must be able to operate a laser screed or power trowel. Reliable transportation and safety awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a finisher.
• Experience on commercial and industrial projects.
• Must be able to operate a laser screed OR power trowel!!!
• Experience with concrete placement, finishing support, and slab prep
• Ability to work 50–60 hours per week in outdoor conditions
• Must have reliable transportation !
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety standards
