Job summary

Gregory Construction is seeking a full-time construction laborer to join our team in Nashville. You’ll assist with concrete placement and finishing, use various hand and power tools, prep job sites, and help move materials on and off trucks.

Qualifications

• Concrete or construction experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites when needed.
• Able to lift heavy materials and perform physical work.
• Good work ethic and reliable—someone the crew can count on.

Responsibilities

• Assist with placing, finishing, and curing concrete.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment as needed.
• Help prep job sites, including form cleaning, staging materials, and cleanup.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
• Support finishers, carpenters, and other crew members as needed.
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety rules and speak up if something isn’t right.
• Report any safety issues, incidents, or quality concerns to your foreman.
