C&S Concrete in Central Pennsylvania is seeking experienced concrete finishers to join our crew. We value strong flatwork skills, the ability to work at a steady pace, and pride in delivering a high-quality finished product.

Pay ranges from $24 to $32 per hour depending on experience; weekly pay; we offer standard benefits and opportunities on residential, multifamily, and commercial projects.

Job description

C&S Concrete is hiring experienced concrete finishers to join our crew in Central Pennsylvania.

We’re looking for people who know concrete — people who can work with the pace of a pour, take pride in the finished product and don’t need to be taught the basics of the trade.

If you have solid flatwork experience, we want to talk to you. Experience operating walk-behind and ride-on trowels is especially valuable.

What You’ll Do

• Place, screed and finish concrete flatwork
• Finish floors, slabs, driveways, sidewalks, patios and other flatwork
• Operate hand tools, walk-behind trowels and, when qualified, ride-on trowels
• Work efficiently as part of an experienced concrete crew
• Maintain quality while keeping pace with concrete placement
• Help maintain a safe, organized jobsite

Our work includes residential new construction, multifamily and commercial concrete projects throughout Central Pennsylvania.

Pay $24–$32 per hour based on demonstrated experience and skill level.

Experienced finishers with strong flatwork, equipment and leadership skills may qualify toward the top of the range.
