Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Concrete Finisher to join our field crew. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience finishing concrete surfaces on commercial and civil construction projects and will be committed to producing quality work safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Place, level, and finish concrete surfaces (sidewalks, slabs, curbs, decks, seawalls, etc.)

Smooth and shape surfaces using hand and power tools

Apply finishing techniques including troweling, edging, and broom finishes

Monitor curing processes and apply sealants when required

Read and follow project plans and supervisor instructions

Maintain a clean and safe job site

Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of concrete finishing experience

Knowledge of concrete finishing tools and techniques

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor

Reliable transportation to job sites

Strong work ethic and team attitude

Preferred (but not required)

Experience in marine or civil construction

Ability to operate small equipment or power tools
