Job summary

Metro Asphalt & Concrete LLC in Detroit, Michigan is hiring Concrete Finishers. You will prep, form, and finish various concrete surfaces including walks, drives, curbs, and ADA ramps within municipal limits.

Responsibilities include digging, grading, forming, finishing, and operating hand or power tools while maintaining safety. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds and be willing to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver license.
• Satisfactory driving record (MVR check will be conducted prior to hire).
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, squat and stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.
• Team player with a safety mindset.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.
