Easton Companies is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team on commercial, industrial, and heavy civil projects. You will be responsible for placing, finishing, and curing concrete to meet project specifications for appearance, elevation, flatness, slope, and durability, while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with structural and flatwork concrete, understands placement techniques, and takes pride in delivering high-quality finished

Responsibilities

• Place concrete, finish, form, and reinforce on site.
• Spread, level, and finish freshly poured concrete with hand and power tools.
• Strike off, screed, bull float, edge, groove, and hand finish concrete surfaces.
• Operate ride-on and walk-behind power trowels.
• Apply broom, hard-trowel, exposed aggregate, or specialty finishes as specified.
• Finish sidewalks, curb and gutter, slabs-on-grade, elevated decks, foundations, walls, stairs, and structural concrete.
• Maintain proper elevations, slopes, and drainage requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Concrete Placement, finishing, forming, and reinforcing installation
• Place, spread, level, and finish freshly poured concrete using hand and power tools.
• Strike off, screed, bull float, edge, groove, and hand finish concrete surfaces.
• Operate ride-on and walk-behind power trowels.
• Apply broom, hard-trowel, exposed aggregate, or specialty finishes as specified.
• Finish sidewalks, curb and gutter, slabs-on-grade, elevated decks, foundations, walls, stairs, and structural concrete.
• Maintain proper elevations, slopes, and drainage requirements.

• Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
