Oconee Foundations is seeking a Concrete Estimator & Operations Coordinator to lead residential and commercial concrete projects. You will estimate, prepare bids, schedule crews, coordinate pump trucks and suppliers, and manage project pipelines from pre-pour to final billing readiness.

• Maintain the live job schedule by coordinating directly with builders, pump trucks, and concrete providers.
• Build complete, high-quality bid packages incorporating tight written proposals, scopes, exclusions, and qualifications.
• Track active projects through all construction phases from pre-pour and footings to final billing readiness.
• Surface real-time scheduling conflicts to leadership while filtering routine operational inquiries from builders.
• Cultivate valuable General Contractor relationships to qualify pipeline opportunities against company margin criteria.
