Description

Kaloses Services is hiring a Concrete Crew Lead to take ownership of commercial concrete projects and lead a high‑performing crew in the field. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on driving production, maintaining quality, and keeping jobs moving safely and on schedule. You’ll set the tone on‑site, coordinate with project teams, and deliver consistent, high‑quality results.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial concrete projects (slabs, footings, sidewalks, pads, etc.)
• Plan daily work, assign tasks, and drive production on‑site
• Set forms and oversee rebar placement, pours, and finishing
• Read and execute from plans, layouts, and specifications
• Coordinate with Project Managers and other trades
• Ensure quality standards, safety practices, and schedule adherence
• Train crew members and hold the team accountable to performance expectations

Compensation

$25.00 - $29.00 hourly based on experience

Schedule

Night Work, Sunday‑Thursday – 40/60 hours per week

Travel and Lodging

Some projects require travel to FL & GA. Out‑of‑town stays are in a hotel or Kalos‑provided room each work week for the duration of the project. Flexibility with travel is required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial concrete experience
• 2+ years in a lead role
• Strong knowledge of forming, pouring, and finishing
• Ability to read plans and manage layout
• Proven ability to lead crews and hit production goals
• Willingness to travel and work nights when required

Work Conditions

• Outdoor construction sites
