Job summary

Kalos Services Inc. is seeking dependable Commercial Concrete Laborers to support our construction teams on commercial projects across Florida. This hands-on role is outdoors and physically demanding, requiring teamwork and safety awareness.

Schedule is Night Shift - Sunday to Thursday with 40/60 hours weekly. Compensation ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, based on experience. Some projects require out-of-town lodging; travel flexibility is a must.

Kalos Services is looking for dependable Commercial Concrete Laborers to support our construction teams on commercial projects throughout Florida. This is a hands‑on position for individuals who are comfortable working outdoors, performing physically demanding work, and working as part of a team.

The ideal candidate has experience with concrete or general construction, takes pride in quality workmanship, follows safety procedures, and is willing to travel and work night shifts based on project requirements.

If you can handle physical work, follow direction, and show up ready to work, this is a strong opportunity with consistent hours and growth potential.

Schedule: Night Shift - Sunday - Thursday 40/60 hours weekly

Compensation: $19 - $22 hourly based on experience

Travel and Lodging: Some projects require out of town stays in a hotel or Kalos provided room each work week for the duration of the project. The ability to be flexible with travel is a requirement of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with commercial concrete installation and construction activities
• Help prepare job sites for concrete work, including grading, excavation, forming, and material preparation
• Assist with setting and securing concrete forms
• Assist with concrete placement, spreading, screeding, and finishing
• Perform concrete demolition, removal, repair, and cleanup as needed
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment around the jobsite
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow directions from Crew Leads, Foremen, and Superintendents
• Work safely around heavy equipment, concrete trucks, lifts, and other trades
• Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and demobilization
• Maintain production pace while following project specifications and quality standards
• Follow all Kalos safety policies
• Travel to commercial project locations throughout Florida
• Work night shifts, weekends, and extended hours when required by project schedules

Requirements

• Previous concrete, construction, or general labor experience preferred
• Commercial construction experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of concrete construction and jobsite practices
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a crew
• Comfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work nights and travel throughout Florida
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license is preferred
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus
