Job summary

Landmark Paving is seeking a dependable Concrete Crew Laborer to join our residential and commercial paving team. You will assist with pouring, finishing, and curing concrete on diverse job sites. This hands-on role requires physical stamina, safety awareness, and punctuality.

Previous concrete work is preferred but not required; we provide training and growth opportunities. You may travel regionally for projects and work long hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction or concrete work is preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work on your feet in varying weather.
• Comfortable with power tools, hand tools and machinery.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Basic safety practices and ability to follow directions.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
• Must be willing to travel overnight when projects are outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site prep, including digging, grading, and setting forms.
• Load, unload, and move materials and tools to job sites.
• Break up existing concrete with hand tools or power tools.
• Remove broken concrete and other debris from work area.
• Help pour and spread wet concrete.
• Collect and clean concrete tools when the job is completed.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Support other crew members and take direction from supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
