Job summary

CL Construction LLC in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Project Manager to oversee concrete construction projects from estimating and planning through project completion. The role offers direct interaction with decision-makers and leadership, and a high degree of ownership and autonomy.

You will lead commercial, industrial, and agricultural concrete projects, coordinate with subs and vendors, and drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and multiple active projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to jobsites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify and estimate new project opportunities.
• Review plans, specifications, and scopes to prepare accurate bids.
• Develop project budgets, schedules, manpower plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Manage multiple projects from award through completion.
• Track project costs, forecasting, profitability, and change orders.
• Partner with Superintendents and Foremen to drive project execution.
• Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, safety, quality, and production.
• Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project meetings and resolve challenges quickly to keep projects moving.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience estimating and bidding concrete projects
• Experience in commercial, industrial, or agricultural construction
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Experience with cost control, project forecasting, and schedule management
