Aerial Precast Concrete, LLC is seeking a reliable General Laborer to join our precast operations. You will assist with concrete work, operate tools, and help prepare job sites while contributing to a growing construction team.

This role requires comfort with heights, physical work in varying weather, and adherence to safety procedures. Overnight shifts may be required, with expenses covered for occasional off-site assignments.

• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Assist in concrete work and precast concrete installation.
• Safely operate and work with various tools and equipment, including safety gear.
• Work at heights and with ladders in a safe manner.
• Perform general labor duties on job sites, including material handling and site preparation.
• Follow company safety protocols and standards.
• Occasional off-site work may be required, with all expenses covered by the company (including transportation, meals, and hotel stays).
