Job summary

Absolute Group is seeking a General Laborer to perform a range of construction site tasks in central Iowa. This full-time role involves site preparation, material handling, basic form work, and contributing to safe, efficient job sites.

You will assist skilled tradesmen, operate simple tools, and help maintain clean, organized work areas while adhering to safety policies and wearing required PPE. Overtime may be required based on workload.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wire and rebar reinforcements for concrete.
• Construct footing forms and wall forms for various applications.
• Spread, smooth and finish concrete; operate basic hand tools.
• Assist with site clean-up and equipment handling as directed.
