Job summary

Guardian Garage Floors is seeking full-time floor coating installers to prepare and install concrete flooring systems. This role offers competitive pay and paid on-the-job training with growth opportunities. Overtime eligible and year-round work available.

The position supports both Installer and Lead Installer roles, with potential for team leadership and advancement based on performance.

Qualifications

• Be 18 years or older.
• Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Background check will be required.
• Some alternate shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Load & unload materials & equipment as needed.
• Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.
• Apply concrete coatings.
• Communicate with customers & other personnel.
• Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.
• Maintain equipment, trucks, PPE and materials needed to perform job.

Job Tasks:

Load & unload materials & equipment as needed.

Operate walk behind and/or handheld concrete grinder.

Apply concrete coatings.

Communicate with customers & other personnel.

Maintain clean, organized, and SAFE work environment.

Maintain equipment, truck, PPE and materials needed to perform job.

Requirements:

• Be 18 years or older.
• Must have drivers license & reliable transportation.
• Some alternate shifts may be required. On occasion nights and/or weekends are necessary.
• Must have valid MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

Physical Abilities:

• Ability to pick up and move equipment weighing more than 100 lbs occasionally.

• Perform physical activities (sometimes strenuous).
