Job summary

Keeley Construction is seeking an experienced Concrete Carpenter to join our construction team, with a strong emphasis on striping expertise. The role relies on reading blueprints, constructing and setting forms for foundations, walls, columns, and other concrete structures.

The candidate should have at least 2+ years of concrete formwork experience, proficiency with carpentry tools, and a commitment to quality, safety, and precise workmanship on site.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret construction blueprints to determine dimensions and materials.
• Proficient in building, erecting, installing and repairing concrete forms and structures.
• Measure, cut and shape materials to create precise formwork for concrete pouring.
• Construct and set forms for foundations, walls, columns, stairs and other concrete structures.
• Ensure proper alignment, leveling and bracing of forms to meet specs and stability.
• Install expansion joints and embedded items in concrete structures as specified.
• Strip and dismantle formwork after concrete has cured.
• Maintain and care for tools and equipment used in concrete carpentry and striping work.

Responsibilities
