Job summary

Quality Labor Management (QLM) in Charlotte, NC is seeking skilled Concrete Form carpenters with experience in rebar tying, carpentry, and concrete finishing. The role pays $24–$28 per hour and requires 3–5 years of relevant experience; OSHA 10/30 is a plus.

Bilingual candidates are welcome and bridge work is desirable. The position is full-time, on-site, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, and a safety bucks program.

Pay Range

$24 to $28 per hour

• Tie rebar and ensure proper placement and alignment.
• Utilize general rough carpentry skills for various tasks.
• Apply concrete finishing techniques to achieve desired surface quality.
• Collaborate with team members and site contact to ensure project success

• 3-5 years of experience in concrete form work, rebar tying, and general rough carpentry.
• Experience in bridge work is highly desirable.
• Bilingual candidates are a plus.
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.
