Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Machine Operator to operate a stationary batching system that weighs out concrete materials and to move material from storage to weighing hoppers.

You will batch, mix and pour concrete into molds, operate all equipment to support production operations, perform basic preventive maintenance, and ensure quality control and assurance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write simple instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Bilingual is a plus
• Able to lift up to 40lbs
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Forklift experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Operates a stationary batching system that weighs out concrete materials
• Operates mobile equipment to move material from storage to weighing hoppers
• Operates a batching system to mix and pour concrete into molds
• Operate all equipment necessary to support production operations
• Maintain equipment and machines including basic preventative maintenance
• Responsible for quality control and assurance
