Job summary

Primoris Heavy Civil seeks a Concrete Batch Plant Operator in Louisiana to operate and maintain a concrete batch plant for high-quality mixes per specifications. You will monitor materials, perform QC tests, coordinate deliveries, and uphold safety and maintenance standards across shifts.

Candidates should have proven batch plant experience, knowledge of mix designs, read blueprints, and be physically capable of lifting and climbing as needed. Valid license required.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as project demands.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities
