Qualifications

• Experience in concrete batch plant operations or ready-mix management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, inventory and dispatch scheduling.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial machinery.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and direct a crew in a fast-paced yard.

Responsibilities

• Operate batching consoles and systems to meet mix specs.
• Oversee production scheduling and truck turnarounds.
• Develop strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure batches meet quality benchmarks and moisture/slump specs.
• Manage materials and coordinate deliveries to avoid interruptions.
• Inspect and maintain plant equipment and conveyors.
• Supervise production staff and enforce safety policies.
