Castle Builders Supply is looking for a Concrete Batch Assistant to join our team at our new manufacturing facility in the Homer City/Indiana, PA area. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role at the very heart of concrete production – ensuring the quality, precision, and consistency that our customers count on.

As a Concrete Batch Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating high‑quality concrete mixes to meet customer needs. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Educational and experience requirements include: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to effectively communicate and safely follow directions. Must be detail oriented and comfortable working with a computer. Must have the ability to work cooperatively as part of a productive team to work safely and independently without constant supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Knowledge of Command batch system and/or a working knowledge of concrete and admixtures is preferred.
