Job summary

InterCon Construction is seeking personnel for outdoor construction work in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The role requires strict safety adherence, travel readiness with a Class A CDL, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and long periods of walking or kneeling.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and distributing materials, inspecting equipment, and performing related duties outdoors, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License Class A CDL required.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must be able to bend/kneel/stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull 50 pounds regularly.
• Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
