Job summary

Sollis Health seeks a Registered Nurse to provide concierge emergency and urgent care to adults and children in our clinics, under physician or APP supervision. This full-time role (32-36 hours/week) emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and teamwork across a concierge care model.

Ideal candidates hold an NY RN license, nursing degree, and BLS/ACLS/PALS; 2-3 years in emergency/urgent care is preferred.

Qualifications

Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
Current License to practice as a Registered Nurse in NY required.
BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required upon hire.
Must have 2-3 years prior emergency or urgent care experience.

Responsibilities

Obtain medical history, patient vital signs, intake, and prioritize patient care.
Perform medical procedures that include IV access, phlebotomy, vaccines, POC rapid tests, IV medications/fluids, and EKGs.
Be an integral part of the patient care team and assist within the scope of practice.
Document patient information in Sollis' EHR and Salesforce for our membership team.
Maintain and track medication inventory.
Coordinate care with Aftercare, house calls teams, or with Medical Partners.
Ensure policies are adhered to and deliver quality care in an innovative setting.
Provide patient-centered empathetic communication and address questions.
