Overview

The “Avenue Bellevue” is seeking a Concierge Supervisor for HOA Resident Services for two luxury condominium towers in downtown Bellevue. This role involves supervising the concierge team, ensuring excellent resident and guest service, managing access, and supporting HOA activities. Responsibilities include creating schedules, handling resident requests, maintaining confidentiality, and responding to emergencies. The position requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with supervisory experience, preferably in residential or HOA settings.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the concierge team, including scheduling and training new hires.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Manage access control, package deliveries, and resident requests efficiently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident information and handle emergencies effectively.
  • Assist with HOA meetings, notices, and support the HOA Community Manager.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to uniform and safety standards.
  • Enter work orders and maintain accurate shift notes.
  • Respond professionally to resident concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; supervisory experience in residential or HOA services preferred.
  • Experience with building management software (BuildingLink preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with tact and patience.
  • Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, due to 24-hour operations.
Benefits & Compensation
