Your role

Our Insured Solutions Sales Desk is expanding to better support financial advisors as they integrate insurance and annuity solutions into their practices. As a Concierge Specialist, you’ll deliver a high-touch, frictionless service experience alongside senior sales specialists, playing a key role in serving the next generation of financial professionals.

You will:

  • Partner closely with sales specialists to support the end-to-end sales process
  • Create a streamlined, advisor-friendly experience that promotes confidence and efficiency
  • Proactively identify and resolve service issues that may delay or complicate the sales process
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Central Supervision, Operations, Licensing, and IT to ensure timely execution and smooth delivery of solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, annuity company wholesalers, insurance general agents, and support personnel
  • Support the integration of technology platforms and tools to boost operational efficiency
  • Create, maintain, and deliver training and education materials to financial advisors and support staff
  • Partner with management and stakeholders to find innovative ways to increase scale and efficiency to grow the business
Your team

You will be part of the Insured Solutions Group within UBS Wealth Management Americas, advising on insurance and annuity solutions. This is a growing team focused on enhancing the advisor and client experience.

Your expertise
  • Ideally a bachelor’s degree
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in financial services or insurance industry (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Service-first mindset with proactive problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
