Property Safety:
Previous experience in multifamily and/or senior housing, customer, security, or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. As determined by the needs of the property, must be available to work various shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
