Liberty Senior Living is seeking an experienced Concierge for a part-time, day shift position. The role involves various responsibilities to ensure resident and visitor satisfaction, safety, and building security, including:

1. Maintaining confidentiality and answering phones, routing calls appropriately.
2. Managing visitor sign-ins and announcing visitors to residents.
3. Entering work orders for maintenance issues and managing packages and deliveries.
4. Assisting with emergency procedures, including understanding building layout and fire alarm systems.
5. Greeting and assisting residents, visitors, and staff.
6. Participating in fire and security protocols, including rounds and building security measures.
7. Performing additional duties as assigned.
