Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentable
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient with basic phone/computer skills
• New York State Guard license required
• 2–4 years supervisory experience preferred
• 2–4 years hands-on experience with Windows 10, MS Word, Excel, Email

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties: welcome visitors and guide them
