Sunstates Security is hiring an Unarmed Concierge Security Officer for a luxury residential condominium community in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area. The role runs Friday through Tuesday from 10pm to 6am, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour and weekly pay.

This is a full-time, on-site position emphasizing exceptional customer service and visible security presence. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, greet and assist as needed, and perform routine patrols to maintain a

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Florida Class D Security License required.
• Good communication skills essential.

• Able to conduct foot patrols throughout property.

We are looking for an officer to join our team at a luxury residential condominium community in the Fort Lauderdale area. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for the residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment. Officers will greet residents and guests, assist with opening doors, provide exceptional customer service, and conduct routine patrols throughout the property.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
