As a Security Officer – Concierge, your focus will be on customer service, working with people across various shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Providing excellent customer service: welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding guests
• Managing access control
• Conducting regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or by phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring the safety of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
