As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus is on customer service, working with people across various shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Berea, KY
• Part-time schedule: Monday through Wednesday, 3rd shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
• Hourly wage: $15.27 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding guests
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols and identifying risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting issues
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or via phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating concerns
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
