GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer service while safeguarding people and property in San Diego, CA. You will engage with visitors, verify identities, and guide guests across office towers, hotels and shopping centers.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid drivers license
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Exceptional customer service skills required
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience a plus
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) with 32hr trainings required (training can be completed during hiring)

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and verifying identity
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety of individuals and property
