GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in San Diego, CA. The role emphasizes customer service and building connections with people across shifts in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will welcome visitors, verify identities, and manage access in a dynamic environment. The position offers a full-time swing shift (Wed-Sun, 2:00pm-10:30pm) with a competitive pay of $18/hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and assisting with inquiries
• Verify identity and manage access control
• Perform regular security patrols and identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
