The position features set weekend and evening shifts with a strong focus on guest interactions and safety. The role requires US work authorization, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass extensive screening.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Pass extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and verifying identity
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols and identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and provide first aid; coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
