As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus will be on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, across all shifts.

• Site Location: Scottsdale, AZ
• Set schedule: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday & Sunday
• Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 (DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees)

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identity, and guiding guests
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency services
• Answering inquiries in person or via phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
